Sharon, our beloved dorm Mom, soccer Mom, and actual Mom, is sick - she was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in late 2016. Over the last months, she has undergone a number of different treatment protocols. After completing her most recent protocol, although her doctor initially thought she was in remission, her cancer came back aggressively and in different forms. Due to her weakened condition from the recent treatment protocols, she is not able to re-engage the desired conventional protocols available in Taiwan for 3 to 6 months. However, because of the speed with which the cancer is moving, she can't wait for her body to recover to take action. This blog is setup to keep you up to date on how Sharon is doing.

11/1

Just trying to keep everybody up-to-date a bit on this as much as I am able. I know it helps me to pray when I have some detail. So as I've said Sharon has had some rough days and is in pretty tough shape. She and Lana believe that what's going on inside her have already begun before she made a quick exit from Taiwan.  It's been a bit of a roller coaster for both of them that has included some miraculous enough moments and interventions clearly from our good Lord and Savior.  Sharon is now in a space where she and Lana both feel very good about the treatment she is getting and are confidant about the way her body is going to respond.   I know that is just a mysterious skeleton of the story and that I apologize for leaving you all hanging but that's where we are right now.  Thank you all for understanding and for praying and know that God is working.  Hopefully in the coming days I'll be able to write up the whole saga for everyone to enjoy.  So details to pray for:
1.) healing in her body, specifically her: blood, liver and that tumour.
2.) wisdom for those providing her care

3.) wisdom regarding managing her schedule over the next couple weeks
